this aint ma tutorial just copy pasting

works easy with 3 controles but you can it with 2
i have been doing it with 2 and works fine

1 On the dashboard menu, enter your main profile with a control 1.
2 Turn the control 2 and enter the Fifa 12 with control 2.
3 When you enter Fifa 12, click start with the control 2. It will give an error and you select the “Continue without saving”.
4 Try to enter the Ultimate Team with the control 2, do not select any profile. It will give error. Repeat this step two times. After that enter the ultimate team with a control 1. Appears that the ultimate team is not available (the controls means that cheated) then click again to enter the Ultimate Team with a control 1
5/6 In the menu of ultimate control team with three (in your case use the control 2) go to Play Match, Tournament, select the tournament, and press (A) to enter the tournament, will give an error, then you press (A) with a control 1.
7 In the squad press Start with control 2.
